Explorer is a suite of eight highly interactive e-learning modules, which provide learners with the magic of Insights in an online format. Each module is personally tailored, incorporating relevant sections of the participant’s Insights Discovery Personal Profile, as well as being team-enabled, so that responses, communication tips, ideas and actions can be shared with colleagues in a group development experience. Each module provides an engaging and comprehensive opportunity to develop professional and personal effectiveness.
The Learning Library is a suite of Learning Guides covering a wide range of personal and professional development topics, available both online and in print. The guides address major issues facing today’s managers and have a wide range of applications, from team-building to goal-setting to creativity – topics which are designed to improve an individual’s effectiveness. The online learning guides offer additional functionality, including interactive exercises and sections of the participant’s Insights Discovery Personal Profile.
