Inspiring Workplace Spirit™ is a team development program that incorporates individual awareness with the teamwork practices that lead to high performance teams. Groups and individuals at all organizational levels benefit from heightened self-awareness and the results show up as increased productivity and job satisfaction.
Program participants discover fresh perspectives on (re-)creating successful teams, communicating more effectively, and proactively preventing and resolving conflicts. They learn what the most important element of a successful team is and how to apply it to create their ideal work environment.
This intensive workshop includes numerous team experiences and activities that stimulate and expand thinking and feeling. Throughout, the course uses the team building methods that it teaches. At the end of the program, participants know how to create an effective and motivating team environment and experience the synergy of a high performance team.
Inspiring Workplace Spirit is delivered in two styles: • Team-building for intact teams and other workgroups • Team leadership for managers and supervisors.
It is offered in multi-day formats and customized to meet your exact needs. A sample three-day agenda is shown at the right.
